This large open expanse and oval is home to the Ingle Farm Little Athletics Club and features running, jumping and competition courses.

It also includes an open grassed strip with a junior playground and a choice of small slides which is separated from the athletics field by a large asphalt court.

The playground at Golding Oval was upgraded in April 2016 along with associated reserve works the previous year which include, bike safety track on the old netball courts, basketball hoop, shade structure, and outdoor furniture (picnic setting and shelter).
